Dye the leather you have
Leather dye changes the color and finish of the hide already fitted to the car, so nothing is replaced just because the factory shade no longer fits the build.

01
Leather dye changes the color and finish of the hide already fitted to the car, so nothing is replaced just because the factory shade no longer fits the build.
02
Seats, door cards, dashboard, trim, steering wheel and center console are dyed as one color system instead of mismatched replacement pieces.
03
Our specialty is exotic color, not reupholstery. We do not replace leather, rebuild foam or re-stitch seats; torn material should be repaired by an upholstery shop before dyeing.

BookCommon questions
Yes. Automotive leather that is still structurally sound can be deglazed, primed, pigmented and sealed in a new color. DyeHard Customs dyes seats, door cards, dashboards, trim, steering wheels and center consoles in Meriden, CT.
A properly stripped, pigmented and sealed surface wears like the factory finish because the topcoat is what you sit on. Longevity depends on preparation, so every interior is degreased and primed before any color goes on.
Color change by dyeing keeps the original leather, foam and stitching, so there is no material replacement cost. We do not reupholster; if leather is torn or the foam is collapsed, an upholstery shop should repair it before dyeing.
Twenty-one in-house pigments, including exotic shades that factories never offered. You pick your color on the booking form and a $500 deposit comes off the package price.
